The request will be actioned within 5 working days (‘refund date’). You will receive a full or partial refund based on the proportion of your service or reports still remaining on your subscription after the refund date.
If we cancel: If we cease to publish a report you have paid us to subscribe to, we will provide you with a full or partial refund based on the proportion of your service or reports still remaining on your subscription after the date we ceased publishing them.
Refunds will be paid to the credit card used to purchase the original order.
Delivery policy
When subscribing to services published by Sector Publishing, the first publication or report will start with the next issue to be sent unless otherwise specified, and may therefore take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your contact details.
