A small 27-place childcare centre in Condell Park has proven that size doesn’t limit the joy of community celebration. This year, their Children’s Christmas Party and Graduation brought together more than 200 individuals, children and community members at the Revesby Community Hall, creating a magical afternoon of laughter, learning, and festive cheer.
The event opened with a full graduation performance prepared by the children and educators, showcasing this year’s theme, “Under the Sea.” The performance highlighted the children’s creativity, confidence, and teamwork, giving families a chance to celebrate their children’s growth and milestones in a heartfelt and memorable way.The festivities continued with a host of exciting activities for children and families. Guests enjoyed a Gelatissimo Gelato cart, refreshing mocktails by Bar Brothers, face painting, balloon twisting, a professional photographer and visits from Santa and Christmas elves. Families were treated to over 300 pieces of food from a local bakery, supporting local businesses, while a stunning $1,000 balloon backdrop and setup provided the perfect backdrop for family photos and lasting memories.

Despite being open for only four years, the centre has already created lasting bonds with its families. This year marked a particularly special milestone for one family, who celebrated the graduation of their third daughter, with all three girls having graduated from the service in consecutive years , a testament to the centre’s nurturing and trusted environment.
The entire celebration, which cost over $5,000, was proudly funded by the centre as a way of giving back to families and the wider community.
Owner Daniela said: “We may be a small centre, but we have a big heart. Celebrating our children and bringing families together is at the core of everything we do. In just four years, seeing families grow with us even celebrating three children from the same family reminds us why we love what we do. These celebrations are about connection, pride, and creating lasting memories for our children and families.”
The event was a joyful reminder that even a small childcare service can have a big impact. By creating meaningful experiences and celebrating children’s achievements, the centre strengthens community connections and supports families in ways that last well beyond the school year.
