Ms Jordan’s career spans health, community, aged care and human services. Since 2013, she has excelled as an interim executive, providing strategic leadership in governance, organisational transformation, operational management, quality assurance, and risk management.
Most recently, Ms Jordan served as Director of the Quality Care Pharmacy Program. Communities at Work Board Chair Alan Greenslade said Ms Jordan’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the organisation, building on its role as Canberra’s largest community organisation and increasing its impact for local children, families, and individuals.
“Lesley brings deep expertise and a strong commitment to meaningful leadership during this period of sector transformation and organisational growth. Her track record in guiding organisations through change, fostering sustainable practices, and building innovative partnerships makes her an outstanding choice to lead Communities at Work into the future,” Alan Greenslade said.
