School Plus offers programs that provide children with opportunities to build confidence and resilience, and the provider is committed to children’s voices and creating a patch for every child to G.R.O.W.

Our teams take Ownership of our roles and have pride in all that we do – in order to create endless opportunities for magic, imagination and Wonder.”

“Our vision is that all children will want to come and experience a true sense of ownership, because they love being in a space specifically designed for them.”
Giving children a voice and offering them a place to grow are cornerstones of the School Plus offering.
What is the School Plus Foundation approach to educator development?
Employees are offered training with colleagues and with the specialist team in the support office, along with career path progression.
“We are on a mission to change OSHC – so come along and be prepared to do something different,” the provider said.
“We know people like you know more people, so we have a very generous referral program, and of course, we pay you all your allowances required by law, including uniforms and split shift.”
Staff discounts are offered for any children of educators who need to access care, and the provider also offers a recognition and rewards program.
