Guardian celebrates Centre Leaders
Approved provider Guardian Childcare and Education recently held a special acknowledgement day for the Centre Leaders across its network, celebrating on 19 June with letters of thanks, sweet treats and online tributes.
Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers and Educational Leaders were celebrated on the day, acknowledging the passion they have for making a difference in the life of each child and providing a safe, secure environment where children are supported by the best educators to thrive during the first five years of their lives.
Each centre brought the special day alive with their own unique flavour, creating an atmosphere of warmth, appreciation and excitement.
Donuts, cakes and cookies, handwritten notes expressing their gratitude (as well as some notes from families), gift packs and online tributes praised the leaders’ supportiveness and professionalism.
Tributes that were shared across Centre Leaders Day included:
“What you all do each and every day is so inspiring to many! So grateful to work alongside such passionate, thoughtful and motivated leaders!” – Daniel, Portfolio Manager
“Thank you for your positive mindsets and openness to support and collaboration. What a privilege it is to work with you all and to see the difference you make in the lives of educators, children and families!” – Liz, Curriculum Mentor
“I always say my best days are spent in our centres and it’s all because of the energy, commitment and incredible work I have the joy of observing, talking about and being inspired by. Thank you to every Guardian Leader who makes every team member, child and family feel the same.” – Kathryn, Chief Quality & Curriculum Officer
“A big THANK YOU to all our amazing Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers and Educational Leaders – we value your commitment, dedication, persistence and willingness to go above and beyond to be the best leader you can be.” – Priscilla, Head of Curriculum
