Expanding Westward: Aspire Early Education Kindergarten Grows Nationally
After 19 successful early education centre openings in their home state of Victoria, Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten has excitedly opened their first interstate service.
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is thrilled to open their 20th centre, the first outside of Victoria. Nestled in the southern end of the leafy but growing suburb of Baldivis Western Australia, Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Baldivis will be offering the same high-calibre care and education families have come to love around Victoria.
With community at the heart of all they do, Aspire’s vision of “Connect, Learn, Grow” focuses on how connecting with others and the world around them allows children to develop and thrive. This interconnected three-pillar philosophy creates the foundation for all learning experiences. Aspire believes that children respond, learn, and grow better in positive community environments.
The flourishing suburb of Baldivis was chosen as Aspire’s first interstate location due to the high level of growth in the area. Extending a childcare service option in an area that requires more care offerings will support working families.
Director of Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, Sam Rutecki, is pleased with the growth of centres nationwide.
“It is excellent to see the success of Aspire as we grow nationally,” he stated. “Baldivis has been an exceptional centre to open interstate, and we look forward to bringing Aspire to more communities across the country.”
Aspire Baldivis is a 5-room early learning centre that caters from children aged 6-weeks old up to school-aged. Each age group has a tailored program to fit their ever-changing needs as they grow and develop.
Featuring lush indoor and outdoor learning areas, the Baldivis centre prioritises enriching learning opportunities for children of all ages.
High-quality education is a key component of Aspire’s early education programming, with four different, age-appropriate educational programs.
For children aged 6-weeks to 18-months, the Baby Steps Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment. The Nursery Hub offers activities and intentional teaching opportunities that support them to reach developmental milestones.
The next step is Aspire’s Little Learners Toddler Program, for 18-month to three-year-olds. This program is designed to create an engaging environment that supports toddler’s social and cognitive development.
Aspire’s Kickstart to Kindy and Step Into Prep Programs offers pre-kindy and kindy education for 3- and 4-year-old children. This provides opportunities for children to learn in a safe and supportive environment and prepares children for their transition to school.
With the people-focused heart of Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten, the Aspire team celebrated alongside the local community at their first official event. Aspire Baldivis’ Open Day event was a wonderful opportunity to open the doors to the public for the first time. Community members, families and passers-by enjoyed a variety of fun and free activities.
As well as the fun that was had, the day made for a great opportunity for families and the wider community to tour the gorgeous centre and get to make bonds with the incredible team members.

Aspire Early Education’s Baldivis centre opened earlier in the month and has already made an impact on the community.
Centre Director Tatum Spark has enjoyed the process of starting up the centre, saying “I’m very excited to be able welcome our families and children to our service, and share Aspire’s philosophy of grow, learn and connect with our local community.”
When asked about what Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Baldivis will bring to the community, she replied, “We will deliver a fresh new outlook on early education and learning with a strong sense of family involvement.”
“We will open our doors twice a year to the wider local community to share and celebrate achievements and culture.”
Aspire is optimistic about the growth of centres throughout Australia and look forward to seeing the impact they’ll have in many communities. This first step over to Western Australia has been a great opportunity for Aspire, and we can’t wait to see where they go next.
