Early childhood education and care (ECEC) commercial real estate broker Burgess Rawson’s last three-day portfolio auction event of the year will commence on 6 December, with ten centres across four states offered for sale.
“2022 has been an incredible year for essential service types of assets of which the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector is a star performer,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“We are expecting a solid end to the year with concerns about rising interest rates dissipating as the underlying strong fundamentals of the ECEC sector, with quality tenants, strategic locations, long leases, and secure rental returns, continues to attract interest and buyers.”“With ten high quality centres located in premium locations up and down the east coast we are confident that portfolio auction #157 will be another strong signal that demand remains robust.”
Bidding is available via phone, online or in-person at Burgess Rawson’s auction rooms at the Sydney Opera House on December 6, Crown Casino Melbourne on December 7 and the Hilton Brisbane on December 8.
