G8 Education features on shortlist for ninth annual Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider G8 Education have been shortlisted in two categories of the ninth annual Loyalty & Engagement Awards for the company’s Childcare Saver program, which provides cash back towards early learning when participants shop at approved retailers.
Currently only available for G8 Education families, the program encourages parents and extended family members who attend G8 services to download an app, shop at approved retailers and accrue points which are then able to be redeemed as discounts on fees at G8 services.
“We have thousands of G8 Education families earning cash back rewards while they shop through our Childcare Saver loyalty program. We are delighted to offer this unique program to our families,” said G8 CEO Gary Carroll.
The Loyalty & Engagement Awards is the only awards in the Asia Pacific region to recognise the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain, and appreciate customers.
The awards have 43 categories including Best Loyalty Programme – Lifestyle and Best Partnership in a Loyalty Programme, both of which included Childcare Saver in their shortlist of top quality offerings.
Judged by an independent panel of 30 industry experts and senior marketers, the awards have a prestigious reputation in the region.
Jury member, Jason Ong who is Head of Customer Relations (CRM and partnership), Eu Yan Sang Singapore, said it is great to see more businesses investing big in customer engagement and loyalty to drive growth.
Nicholas Goh, Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, Abbott Nutrition Malaysia, said this year’s entries were extremely tough to score as more and more brands begin to realise the importance and benefit of having loyalty programs to better understand their audience to create better engagement and retention.
Winners will be revealed on 12 August 2022.
