Burgess Rawson June auction details confirmed, six ECEC centres listed

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its next portfolio auction will see six ECEC centres offered for sale.
The auction, to be held on 23 June will be the fourth held this year and is expected to continue the strong run of results experienced thus far in 2021.
Burgess Rawson Director and Child Care specialist Adam Thomas said the childcare investment market has started the calendar year with record results and yield compression, noting that while childcare investment has been traditionally seen as a specialist asset class, experienced commercial investors are increasingly looking at childcare, driving even more demand in the first quarter.

120 licence place centre in Belmont, VIC currently leased to Elements Childcare and Early Learning
81 licence place centre in Glen Huntly, VIC currently leased to Evolve Education Group
99 license place centre in Hamilton Hill, WA currently leased to Genius Early Learning
