G8 Education engages with PageUp to optimise and accelerate recruitment
G8 Education has appointed PageUp to optimise and streamline its recruitment processes using talent management software.
It is anticipated that through using PageUp, greater efficiencies and transparency will emerge within G8’s recruitment processes, in turn allowing the organisation to increase the quality of hired personnel while also offering “an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience”.
G8 Education, Australia’s largest publicly-listed childcare provider, has in excess of 9,400 team members across 470 early learning centres, and as such, has a continual focus on maintaining efficient processes while ensuring the needs of all team members and onboarding personnel are met.
The appointment of PageUp, as well as enhancing processes and promoting transparency between internal recruitment and HR teams, is hoped to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks within the group.
A release from PageUp has said that using purpose built reporting and meaningful dashboard analytics, PageUp will provide not only “sophisticated talent search and pooling functionality” but also proactive sourcing of candidates via insystem pooling and search capabilities to target “hard to find” skills.
“PageUp gives G8 Education significantly better outcomes for everyone involved in the recruitment process: hiring managers, team members, candidates and the recruitment team through a more strategic approach towards sourcing great talent,” Lee Robinson, Talent Acquisition Manager at G8 Education, said.
Mr Robinson has previously used the PageUp system in his roles at Suncorp and Michael Hill, and is excited to now implement PageUp at G8 Education.
“It has given us the ability to enhance our strategic sourcing capability through talent pooling and has clearly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition activities, reducing the amount of time spent on administrative recruitment tasks,” Mr Robinson said.
As part of G8 Education’s overhauled recruitment strategy, the PageUp Professional Services team executed a successful fully remote implementation – a process that Mr Robinson described as easy and straightforward.
“The process has been immensely productive and we wouldn’t be in the position that we are today without the help of the PageUp implementation team,” he added.
Used in over 190 countries, PageUp offers a “truly global solution” with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, New York, London and Dublin.
