Unlocking Insights: Early Childhood Education Model Findings

This webinar is designed for policy and decision makers across Early Childhood Education & Care, education and family services, early years professionals, early learning providers, school readiness experts, philanthropic organisations and education researchers.

 

In 2021, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute embarked on a three-year project to evaluate Kids First Australia’s implementation of a new Early Childhood Education and Care model. The aim was to review and refine the model in real time and determine its impact, and potential to be scaled and replicated by others.

 

With the evaluation completed the MCRI team and Kids First will share our findings. Some are surprising, and each has far-reaching implications for maintaining classroom quality, fostering family relationships, retaining ECEC staff and supporting change management.

 

Through embedding within its own centres and a journey of continuous improvement, Kids First is now rolling the model out nationally to other early childhood education and care providers.
