This 45-minute interactive drop-in session provides a clear overview of the roles and responsibilities of the Committee of Management, Approved Provider, Nominated Supervisor, and Educational Leader, with an opportunity to share questions and strategies with other attendees and receive guidance from ELAA’s advisors.

ELAA’s Member Solutions team bring specialist skills and extensive experience to these sessions. With background in management of early childhood services, industrial relations, human resource and early childhood teaching, they understand the challenges that committees of management face.Presented by ELAA in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education.
