The webinar will explore an adaption of Hemmeter, Snyers and Fox’s, 2016 Pyramid Model – where social and emotional competence is the focus. We will introduce tools and resources to support teams to critically reflect on the ways in which they build supportive relationships with children enabling them to develop a positive self-concept, increase confidence, feel safe and reduce challenging behaviours.
