A Local Illustration of Practice
Collaborative Literacy Project: Face to face and live streaming
The Early Childhood Organisation of South Australia, Early Childhood Australia, South Australia and the Preschool Directors Association of South Australia are proud to host a local illustration from the Inclusive Preschool Program at Bains Road Preschool. Bec Fergie and Jess Murphy from Bains Road Preschool will provoke us to reflect on how we respond to the rights and preferences of all children in play to ensure access for all.
Venue: The Adelaide Pavilion on South Terrace.
Join us for drinks, nibbles and networking from 4:30pm with the presentation following at 5:00pm-6:00pm.
The presentation will provoke us to re-visit and reflect on our image of all children in play, how we as educators position ourselves in play and how we respond to children's preferences during play.
How do we respond to the rights of all children and their personal preferences?How do we truly reflect inclusive practices for all children?What is our role in play?What assumptions do we make?
