The program includes:- Monthly meeting/training face to face 4.5hr with food provided at the South Adelaide Football Club.- Fortnightly email to drive growth- 1:1 phone meeting monthly to set & review personal & centre goals- Networking opportunity- Team culture improvement strategies
This growth series and support program is designed based on my experience leading 90 Centre Managers/Directors and 10 Area Managers in a previous role.
