Fearless Leadership Retreat with Julie Cross and Sandi Phoenix

Leadership in early childhood education and care (ECEC) often means carrying the emotional and operational load of entire teams, families and communities. The Fearless Leadership Retreat is designed to support and reinvigorate those at the helm – directors, educational leaders, 2ICs and other ECEC professionals in leadership roles.

Held in the beautiful Hawkesbury Valley, the two-day retreat invites leaders to pause, reflect and reconnect with their purpose, surrounded by like-minded peers and leading voices in education and wellbeing.

Speaker: Sandi Phoenix
Sandi brings deep knowledge in psychology and early education leadership. With a passion for team culture and behavioural change, Sandi equips attendees with strategies to lead with confidence, clarity and compassion.
