Beyond collaboration towards integration: A common approach
October 23, 2025 - October 23, 2025
Over the past three years, more than 1,800 practitioners and leaders across South-West Sydney have participated in The Common Approach training, which builds a shared, strengths-based language for supporting children, young people, and families.
This webinar marks the culmination of ARACY’s three-year collaboration with the NSW Government. Together, we’ll explore how this initiative strengthened everyday practice, fostered collaboration across government and community services, and contributed to broader system-change efforts under the Investment Approach for Social Impact Strategy (IAFSIS). Speakers to be announced shortly!
What We’ll Cover:
- What worked and what we learned from delivering training to over 1,800 professionals across sectors
- How The Common Approach is helping organisations embed shared language, cultural safety, and reflective practice in their systems
- Opportunities to sustain momentum through Communities of Practice, leadership engagement, and future adaptation across NSW and beyond
This session is for anyone interested in how evidence-informed, strengths-based approaches can create a more coordinated, compassionate, and outcomes-focused system for children and families.
