Becoming an educational leader in early childhood – off campus

The Educational Leader has an influential role in curriculum development and pedagogy in early education and care services. Educational Leaders mentor staff, provide support in curriculum decisions and ensure outcomes of the approved learning frameworks are being implemented and met.The Educational Leader continually reflects and implements strategies to improve the educational program in the service.In this short course the Educational Leader role will be unpacked over four sessions.Topics include:- Leadership and management and mentoring- Observing and reviewing learning- Conflict management- The documentation process- Collaborating with community and families.After successfully completing this course, you will receive a Statement of Attendance.Individual emails will be sent to all participants.
