Angel’s Paradise Pty Ltd placed into liquidation following Federal Court order

Angel’s Paradise Pty Ltd has been placed into liquidation following a Federal Court order, with the company now subject to formal winding up proceedings linked to unpaid debts.
A notice published on ASIC’s Published Notices platform confirms the company was the subject of an application for a winding up order under the Corporations Act 2001. The matter was listed before the Federal Court earlier this year, where orders were made to wind up the company and appoint liquidators to assume control of its affairs.
The company has operated within the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector, and the development is expected to prompt further questions around provider financial sustainability and governance oversight at a time of ongoing sector‑wide cost pressures.
At this stage, the total amount owed to creditors has not been publicly disclosed.
ASIC’s Published Notices platform serves as the national register for insolvency and external administration notices required under Australian corporate law. The publication of a winding up order confirms that the company has entered a court‑supervised liquidation process.
Appointed liquidators are now expected to review the company’s financial position, including outstanding liabilities, creditor claims and any matters requiring investigation under the Corporations Act.
The development comes amid increasing scrutiny on provider viability across the early learning sector, with operators continuing to navigate workforce shortages, rising operational costs and evolving regulatory requirements.
