ACECQA launches new campaign to drive parents to Starting Blocks website
The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) will run a campaign throughout July and August to communicate and engage with families and communities to raise awareness of the StartingBlocks.gov.au website and the benefits of quality early learning.
Startingblocks provides resources for families that explain the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) in plain English. Many teachers, educators and approved providers are using these resources to support their conversations with the families about their roles and their services.
The website, which is free to access, also contains a childcare finder tool, which helps families to find and compare options for their child’s early education. Families can view fees, vacancies and quality ratings, estimate out of pocket costs, and easily find the information they need in one place.
To be run across all of ACECQA’s digital and social channels, the campaign hopes to create interest in Startingblocks and drive traffic to the website’s Find Child Care tool.
To view out the campaign, follow StartingBlocks.gov.au on: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
