Mayfield Childcare to transition share registry services to XCEND
Mayfield Childcare Limited has announced it will transition its share registry provider from MUFG Corporate Markets to Xcend Pty Ltd (XCEND), with the change taking effect from the close of trade on Friday 31 October 2025.
This change, advised in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.15.1, forms part of Mayfield’s ongoing commitment to improving operational efficiency and shareholder services. The transition to XCEND is expected to streamline registry support and enhance the overall experience for investors.
The update was approved by the Mayfield Board and reflects the company’s focus on maintaining strong investor relations, as it continues to expand its presence across the early childhood education and care sector.
Mayfield currently owns and operates 45 early childhood education and care centres across Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, supporting more than 4,000 registered childcare places. The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality services and exceeding National Quality Standards through continuous improvement.
Further details regarding the transition will be communicated directly to shareholders. In the meantime, the company encourages investors to stay informed through its dedicated investor platform.
