Shaun Astill takes on executive position with C&K

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider C&K has announced the appointment of Shaun Astill as its Chief People Officer.
Mr Astill, who has over 20 years of experience in government, healthcare and community services, commenced in the position in early November.
His expertise encompasses workforce optimisation, talent attraction and retention, employment law, strategy, and business transformation, with Mr Astill having worked in private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
C&K CEO Dr Sandra Cheeseman believes Mr Astill will be a valuable asset to the organisation as C&K prepares for the future.

“His experience in fostering supportive and effective workplaces aligns with our strategic actions to attract and retain exceptional people, prioritise their wellbeing and create a positive and joyful workplace culture.”
Mr Astill said he was excited to join C&K and contribute to the growth and development of the workforce.
