Burgess Rawson confirms six freehold ECEC opportunities in upcoming portfolio auction

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed its May 2024 auction will include six centres at auction alongside one EOI candidate.
“We are excited to present our May portfolio auction with six high quality ECEC services on offer,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“As we move towards the halfway mark of 2024 we have been encouraged by the resilience of the sector and the persistent interest in what has now become an established asset class within the broader commercial real estate context.”
“With all eyes now turning towards the Federal Budget we anticipate a number of announcements directly linked to the ECEC sector that will serve to underwrite future operating conditions going forward.”
The Burgess Rawson May portfolio auction campaign sees a selection of high quality assets leased to leading early learning providers such as Goodstart Early Learning, G8 Education, Bluebird and more.
This month’s freeholds on offer, alongside a selection of freeholds offered via EOI are as follows:
Melbourne Auction 14th May 2024:
Mount Martha, VIC – 124 place centre leased to G8 Education
Sydney Auction 15th May 2024:
Mount Hutton, NSW – 38 place centre leased to Goodstart Early Learning
Dubbo, NSW – 91 place centre leased to Insight Early Learning
Cardiff, NSW – 100 place centre leased to Bluebird Early Learning
Brisbane Auction 16th May 2024:
Dutton Park, QLD – 59 place centre leased to Chatterbox Childcare
