Burgess Rawson offers five freeholds for sale in last auction of 2023
Early childhood education and care (ECEC) commercial real estate broker Burgess Rawson’s last portfolio auction event of 2023 will commence on 6 December, with five freeholds offered for sale.
“2023 has been a great year for essential service assets of which the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector continues to be the star performer,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“Quality tenants, strategic locations, long leases, and secure rental returns continue to attract buyers of all types and when taking into account the unprecedented rise in interest rates, yields have been very impressive.”
“With five high quality centres located in premium locations on offer in our portfolio auction #165 we are confident we will be ending the year on a strong note.”
December portfolio #165 ECEC sites are as follows:
Sydney Auction 5 December 2023:

Gladesville, NSW – 105 place centre currently vacant
