Freehold ECEC opportunities surge at Burgess Rawson’s May Portfolio Auctions

Burgess Rawson, the early childhood education and care (ECEC) focused real estate and business broker, has confirmed that its third portfolio auction of 2023 will feature twelve high quality freeholds for sale, marking a step change in activity and interest in the popular investment class.
“Our 160th portfolio auction is set to be by far the largest of the year with twelve centres of varying sizes and locations on offer,” Adam Thomas, Burgess Rawson Managing Director Queensland said.
“Boasting robust landlord-friendly net lease terms including blanket recovery of landlord expenses and long lease terms, these sought-after investments are leased to leading national providers in superior metro locations and key growth corridors across the country.”

Burgess Rawson’s 160th portfolio auction will take place across three locations on 9, 10, and 11 May.

Australind, WA – 61 place centre leased to Young Bucks ELC
