Burgess Rawson to offer seven ECEC sites at September portfolio auctions
Early childhood education and care commercial real estate broker Burgess Rawson will present seven freehold childcare opportunities at its next portfolio auction campaign to be held on the 14th, and 16th of September.
“We are very excited to be moving into our spring auction campaign with a set of high-quality assets to offer investors,” Adam Thomas, Managing Director QLD said.
“Despite concerns about rising interest rates we are comforted by the ongoing interest in essential service opportunities, of which the ECEC sector is certainly the leading candidate for interest.”
“Quality tenants, strategic locations, long leases, and secure rental returns are a highly desirable mix that has underpinned the tremendous growth in the sector over the last five years.”

Templestowe Lower, VIC – 45 place centre leased to Journey Early Learning
