Busy Bees Australia acquires Elements Childcare and Early Learning Centre group
Busy Bees Australia has confirmed the acquisition of Victorian based early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider Elements Childcare and Early Learning Centre.
Established in 2013, the Group operates four services in and around Geelong, three of which are currently rated as exceeding the National Quality Standard.
“We are delighted to welcome Elements into the Busy Bees family” Busy Bees Australia CEO Robert Hughes said.
“With centres in Belmont, Geelong West, Torquay and Warralily, Elements is a high-quality business and offers Busy Bees a compelling opportunity and platform for continued growth in Victoria, whilst strengthening our Australian portfolio and bringing further talent into the Busy Bees business.”
“We are very impressed by the strong track record of Elements and with their vision and core values aligned to our own.”
With the deal having been settled on 8 April 2022, Busy Bees had the opportunity to welcome some of the Elements team to its inaugural Busy Bees Conference and Excellence Awards which was held in Brisbane late last month.
The purchase of Elements will see Busy Bees Australia expand its national footprint of Busy Bees services to 147.
