Busy Bees Australia broadens WA network with acquisition of Little Peoples Place

Early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider Busy Bees Early Learning Australia has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of eleven Perth based Services from Western Australian provider Little Peoples Place in a transaction that will extend the Group’s existing network in the State.
“We are thrilled to welcome these eleven Little Peoples Place Services into the Busy Bees family. The acquired Services complement the existing Busy Bees footprint in Perth and provide a natural fit enabling Busy Bees to provide early years education and care for families across all of Metropolitan Perth,” said Robert Hughes, Chief Executive Officer of Busy Bees Australia.
“Looking ahead our focus will be on ensuring a smooth transition for the staff, families and children who will now continue their early learning journey with Busy Bees.”
The acquisition will see the eleven Little Peoples Place Services join Busy Bees’ broader Western Australian network of 16 Services, and take the Group’s national coverage to 75 Services.
