Pilot Childcare signs up childcare listing platform Space to support lead generation and marketing needs
Pilot Childcare, a leading childcare management service in Australia, has signed up to childcare listing platform Space, part of the software ecosystem within Xplor Education, to help boost occupancy and automate marketing activities throughout its network.
Business Manager of Pilot Childcare, Teagan Eggins, said, “We have been working with Xplor since our launch in 2015, and since adopting the Space platform we have seen a marked acceleration in family enquiries generated per week.”
“Recent innovations in Xplor’s technology, such as real-time notifications, have helped us keep up with family expectations and offer them the flexibility to communicate with us through their preferred channels,” she added.
Mark Woodland, Xplor’s CEO of Education said “We are thrilled to welcome Pilot to Space and to help them continue serving childcare centres with Xplor’s innovative technology.”
“We are confident that our fast-growing parent enquiry platform Space will give Pilot services the ability to connect with more families seamlessly and securely, and ultimately help childcare centres to boost their occupancy.”
The partnership will see Space rolled out to Pilot Childcare’s network of 13 centres across New South Wales with Pilot planning to leverage a range of key features built into Space such as data auto-synchronisation with their current enrolment system, built in automated communication and marketing workflows and its intuitive lead management dashboard.
“Looking ahead we are very excited about the prospects for Space. We have seen substantial growth in enquiries generated through the platform with the last two months seeing 150 per cent consecutive growth and overall levels well above last year,” Mr Woodland said.
