The Child Care Management Systems in Australia – The CCMS User Survey is the second biannual comprehensive, independent survey to share insights into actual user experiences and impressions of using a CCMS in Australia.
In total more than 1,100 respondents answered a series of seven questions focusing on matters such as the reliability, ease of use, range of features, support and innovative capabilities of their CCMS partner and their platform.
The results provide a unique snapshot as to how the ECEC community actually view their platforms and, contrary to much of the information posted on social and digital media platforms regarding CCMS’, is uniquely independent and free of bias.
This reports is a must read for any owner, operator or manager seeking an independent reference check on a prospective CCMS partner and also acts as a point of departure when shortlisting potential candidates.
