The Early Years Catalyst – Built to win

The Early Years Catalyst emerged from the National Early Years Summit of 2020 - a collective of organisations determined to ignite systems change in the early years. We didn’t want to create another entity in an already crowded field: we wanted to leverage the strength across our respective organisations into something greater than we could achieve alone.

 

In this webinar, members of the Early Years Catalyst talk through our work of the last four years to build capability and fill knowledge gaps in the child development field, while our co-Chairs Jane Hunt and Penny Dakin reflect on sparking, growing and ultimately ending a transformative collaboration that was “built to win, not built to last”.
