A guiding principle of the National Quality Framework (NQF) is that Australia’s First Nations cultures are valued. But where do we begin, and how do we enable others to understand the importance of this rich and diverse culture?

This workshop is designed to provide educators with a clearer understanding of how to to acknowledge and celebrate our First Nations People. We will explore how to deliver respectful experiences of Indigenous histories, cultures and languages, and who to engage with in order to embed authentic Aboriginal perspectives into your program.

This is a great workshop for those wanting to understand: Why services and individuals should acknowledge and celebrate our First Nations People, where and how to begin, and how to plan and deliver experiences for children that are also responsive to the local Indigenous community?
