ELAA has been working in partnership with the Department of Education and Training (DET) to support the early childhood sector navigate through the expansion of funded kindergarten programs across Victoria. It is an exciting time for early childhood providers but change always comes with challenges.Come along to this free session to hear DET representatives from the Wimmera South West Region share the processes including case studies) they used to support services to implement 3-year-old Kindergarten Reform.ELAA will also provide information on our two new resources "ModelWorks" and "BudgetWorks" which support services to think creatively about funded model opportunities. Come along to learn more about strategies for change management and implementing a viable budget.
