Overview

This workshop builds on the content of Take Two’s Facilitating Reflective Practice Workshop to assist group facilitators acquire advanced skills in critically-minded and anti-oppressive approaches to reflective practice. Reflective group discussion is used to complement the workshop content, assisting participants to apply key concepts to their own practice.

 

Key learnings

• Anti-oppressive and inclusive approaches to facilitation
• Understanding the individual and organisational pre-requisites of reflective and creative thinking
• Moving from reflective to reflexive practice – applying two critical frameworks to the facilitation RP groups
• Evaluation of reflective practice groups
