Sensitive conversations with families : This presentation will:

 

• explore a framework for having sensitive conversations about children’s development, health and wellbeing
• discuss strengths-based communication and why it is important
• share practical strategies to help educators confidently manage conversations
• provide opportunity to reflect on professional practice.

 

We will also be talking to a local educator about her experiences in having these conversations with families at her early childhood service.
