Affordable and accessible childcare/early childhood education is a key enabler for women's workforce participation. While some organisations are finding ways to support their employees' childcare needs, government too has a role to play in ensuring that all families can access quality childcare and at a cost that does not present a barrier to participation. At this event, we will discuss all things childcare.

The Gender Equality Network, is a quarterly event series open exclusively to DCA members. The events are designed to explore leading practice on gender equality and to assist members in their preparations to meet reporting requirements on gender.
