Engaging with children who have experienced trauma

In the first of Berry Street’s free Take Two Clinical Conversations for 2022, experienced therapeutic specialists will discuss engagement principles and strategies that show a child that you are there to help them, not further hurt or betray them.

 

You’ll then hear a case study from a Take Two clinician about how she got started working with a young person living in out-of-home care who has experienced complex trauma.

 

Participants in this forum will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and be a part of this important conversation.
