Educator Care: Moving beyond self care

Join us on World Teachers' Day and in the lead up to World Mental Health Week as we identify the wellbeing needs of teachers, early childhood educators and leaders, based on a series of projects conducted by Monash University and commissioned by Beyond Blue.

 

You will have the opportunity to hear from an esteemed panel, hosted by Professor Andrea Reupert, as they present results from various educator focus groups, a Delphi study with national and international experts, and a systematic review of evidence based, wellbeing initiatives. The views and needs of minority groups including First nation educators, LGBTQIA+, remote and rural educators and CALD educators will also be highlighted. And to conclude, we will explore how Beyond Blue intends to move the results into developing resources.
