About this event

This full-day, in-person forum brings together early childhood professionals and sector leaders to explore practical solutions and strategic insights around workforce sustainability and educator wellbeing.

Presented by The Sector and supported by the Department of Education Victoria and Goodstart Early Learning, this event builds on the success of the Connect+ series and offers an intimate, curated space for robust discussion and professional connection.

Attendees will step away from the everyday to reflect, exchange ideas and hear from respected voices working to build a stronger, more sustainable early years workforce.
