This inspiring session will explore the important topic of inclusion for all!

 

1. How can we ensure all parents feel a sense of belonging within our service and how do we ensure families feel connected and part of our community?
2. How can we create a sense of belonging for all children and ensure that each child's individual needs are being respected? What strategies can we use to create a safe space for all children?
3. How can we ensure we create a safe work environment that supports all educators to thrive and be the best educators they can be?

 

Join us for this wonderful session that would suit all Education and Care Services (FDC, OSHC, LDC and Preschool) as we unpack diversity, inclusion and belonging.

 

We will refer to documents such as EYLF/ MTOP Version 2, Rights of the Child, ECA Statement of Play, ECA Code of Ethics, and more.
