Consultation on the Early Years Learning Policy

The South Australian Government is currently developing an Early Years Learning Policy which will have an impact on all early years services across the State.

 

As part of this Policy development, the Department for Education has organised a Preschool Reference Group to develop recommendations on the preschool learning components of the new strategy.

 

Your chance to guide the future!

 

Early Childhood Australia (ECA SA), the Early Childhood Organisation (EChO), Nature Play SA (NPSA), the Preschool Directors Association of South Australia (PDAoSA) and the Primary Mathematics Association (PMA) are organising this opportunity for you to:

 

• Hear from those leading the development of the new Policy.
• Consider the recommendations of the Reference Group.
• Discuss these with colleagues.
• Discuss the proposed actions with your colleagues and consider how these impact your practice.

 

As this Policy will affect what you do, we think it’s important for you to be heard.

 

This session is being organised by Educators SA on behalf of its members, ECA SA, EChO, NPSA, PDA and PMA in conjunction with the Department for Education.
