Am I okay? You matter right now! (online)

For many of us, what we are experiencing right now is like nothing else we have experienced. We have no recollection of similar times. These times are challenging, and we can spend a lot of our energy checking in on others and very little time checking in on ourselves. It is now time to stop and ask yourself 'Am I okay?' This webinar is about pausing. It is about knowing your well-being matters right now and that it is okay not to be okay, but we can work through this.
