Combination of leading childcare management software and specialist enrolment services creates a single trusted partner for childcare centres across Australia.

OWNA Group, provider of childcare management software platforms OWNA, Kidsoft and KindiCare, announced the acquisition of Enrolment Hub, a managed services provider supporting early childhood education and care (ECEC) centres with enrolment management, family enquiry handling, marketing, and accounts services.

The acquisition marks a significant step in OWNA Group's transition toward an Outcomes as a Service model - one that goes beyond software to directly help Providers fill enrolments, reduce admin burden, and grow.

Enrolment Hub was founded by Jane Monaghan in 2016 and, together with fellow shareholders Scott Monaghan and Tracey Daniel. Over the past 10 years, Enrolment Hub has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to childcare providers across Australia.

Combining deep sector expertise with proven enrolment processes and a highly experienced team. This specialist expertise, together with strong industry relationships and a focus on outcomes, has established Enrolment Hub as a trusted partner to the early childhood education sector.

The business will continue to operate independently under the OWNA Group umbrella, remaining software-agnostic and open to serving Providers regardless of which platform they use.

Both Jane and Scott will take executive and advisory positions within OWNA Group and remain actively involved in running and growing the Enrolment Hub business. Existing clients can expect continuity of service and support, with no requirement to change systems or workflows.

With the acquisition, OWNA Group is now positioned to deliver a comprehensive suite of outcomes across the early education sector:

Childcare management software via OWNA, Kidsoft
Brand awareness, listings and lead generation via KindiCare
Enrolment and enquiry management, converting parent leads into enrolled families
Centre marketing support, driving occupancy through targeted local strategies
Accounts and debt management, recovering revenue and streamlining billing
Administration and CCMS support, removing operational burden from centre teams

The acquisition comes at a critical time for the sector, with childcare centres facing a combination of staff shortages, occupancy pressures, and growing administrative complexity.
