Only About Children Strengthens Executive Leadership with new Chief Operating Officer

New appointment reinforces commitment to exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators

Only About Children (OAC) today announced the appointment of Daniel Carceles as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), reinforcing the organisation's commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators across its growing network of campuses.

As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel will lead a broad portfolio spanning campus operations, quality, family experience and operational excellence, helping ensure children continue to receive the highest standard of early learning and care. His appointment reflects Only About Children's ongoing investment in innovation, operational excellence and delivering outstanding experiences for every family.

Daniel Carceles said the early learning sector is entering a pivotal period of transformation.

Daniel joined Only About Children in 2025 as Executive Director of Operational Excellence, bringing extensive international experience in organisational transformation, operational leadership and large-scale service delivery. Prior to joining OAC, he held senior executive roles across Europe and Australia, leading complex organisations through significant periods of transformation and growth.
