Early Learning Victoria seeks experienced early childhood teacher for Portland South

Early Learning Victoria is recruiting an experienced early childhood teacher for a full-time position in Portland South, as it promotes career opportunities across its Victorian centres.

The role offers an opportunity to join the Victorian Government’s early learning organisation, which provides long day care and integrated kindergarten programs.

The Portland South centre, named Early Learning Victoria Thookay Yarkeen, is located at Portland South Primary School. Its name was chosen in consultation with Gunditjmara Traditional Owners and means “children dreaming”.

The centre provides places for 57 children each day, with three rooms designed for different age groups. Its programs include long day care and integrated kindergarten for three- and four-year-old children.
