Only About Children welcomes Donna Lee as Director of Early Childhood to executive team 

Leading Early Childhood provider Only About Children has announced the appointment of  Donna Lee as Director of Early Childhood, a role that further strengthens the organisations  commitment to child-centred practice and continuous quality improvement.  

The Director of Early Childhood role will work collaboratively across the broad OAC team  ensuring the voice of the child is even more deeply embedded in day-to-day decision  making, leadership and strategy across all of our services.  

Donna Lee brings over 30 years’ experience across education and children’s services both in Australia and internationally. A recognised leader and children’s advocate, she has led transformation initiatives in policy, research and curriculum design across a variety of cultural and community contexts.

Her career includes senior leadership roles such as Managing Director in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector in New South Wales and Queensland. Donna has led Early Childhood academic discipline teams and lectured at both ACU and TAFE NSW, has held ECEC subject matter advisory roles in various government funded programs and supported community services, child safe initiatives and programs in local government.
