New kindergarten at Yea Primary school now taking enrolments

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) are building a new kindergarten facility co-located at Yea Primary School and will appoint a kindergarten provider to operate the service.
The Authority expects to announce the provider in mid-September 2024, with the one room building able to offer kindergarten to 33 children at a time in a modular building.
Applications are now being accepted for children to attend the kindergarten service, provided that the child/ren in question will be three or four years old by 30 April of the year they start kindergarten.
The Department of Education Victoria will store the applications until such time that a provider is appointed, at which point the details will be passed on to the provider and then deleted by the Department.
Once appointed the kindergarten provider will contact families with more information about session times and their registration/enrolment processes.
