The service is registered with the Eastern Districts DECD scheme.
What is Noreen’s Family Day care vision and approach to learning?
Activities and programs in the service are Planned and supervised by educators who work objectively to develop children’s creative skills covering the Early Years Learning Framework.
The well-thought-out programs facilitate a wide range of experiences available to children during their day in indoor and outdoor activities, and the service has a focused goal of establishing children’s self-esteem, resilience, healthy growth, and learning capacity.

Ms Noreen has lived in the area for more than eight years, and chose to open her service after completing her qualifications in 2014.
Her family day care home is within walking distance from the public school, shops, parks, doctors, public transport and community centres in the locality.
“I have found that the childcare profession provides me with the opportunity to have a more challenging and embracing life,” Ms Noreen said.
Her main aim in working with children and families is to lay the foundations of children’s lives, and to expand their smile lines.
