Flexible ECEC provider KidsCo gets third place in AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List

KidsCo Australia, a flexible early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider has been named in third place on the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List.
The annual list is compiled by The Australian Financial Review (AFR) and Boss Magazine, is based on a rigorous assessment process managed by Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.
Over 750 Australian and New Zealand organisations were nominated for the awards. Award winners are assessed against a staff survey and a written submission, with questions relating to policies, practices and programs that exist within each organisation to support and get the best out of employees. The methodology is underpinned by Inventium’s Workplaces of the Future framework, which identifies ten key factors that are critical to employees feeling motivated and engaged at work and is supported by extensive research.
The head office team of KidsCo Australia were recognised for achievements and practices in supporting employers through:
- Flexible working arrangements
- Celebrating new additions to the family (babies or pets)
- Personal and professional growth development and bonuses
- Creating lifelong friendships with absolute legends
“At KidsCo we support and empower our team of Directors at our centres to manage and operate their service with optimum levels of support and resourcing to ensure their centres operate at the next level,” a spokesperson said.
