G8 commits to new human capital management platform

G8 Education has selected Dayforce, a software application created by US based human capital management company Ceridian, to manage all aspects of workforce management within the human resources function.
Dayforce will be used to help manage G8’s 11,000 strong workforce and brings together human resources, payroll and time and attendance functionality into one single system but also has benefits, workforce management and talent management capabilities built in as well.
Commenting on the partnership Gary Carroll, CEO of G8 Education noted “One of our key growth pillars is ensuring we build a culture that values employee development and contributes to an engaged and driven workforce” and went on to note that “we see a real partnership growing with Ceridian that will allow us to follow through on this commitment.”
The cloud based solution is part of a new generation of human resources tools that are designed to enable organisations to optimise their workforce acquisition, management and engagement capabilities.
On the functional ability of Dayforce, Mr Carroll noted “We were very impressed by Dayforce and its ability to transform our manual processes, better engage our workforce, and deliver a return on investment.”
